We ensure sanitizing and a deep cleaning of the home every time to make sure our guests know we are following enhanced cleaning protocols. We do damage report checks as well every single time and create inventory lists of the property and take pictures around the home to make sure we do not miss a thing! We get claims accepted by following certain procedures step by step and collecting photo evidence so our home owners never have to pay out of pocket!
